This creature paid us a visit recently at our glass back door. It was huge. As big as my hand. OK, maybe not that big, but close enough. Ashton and I marvaled at it's long legs, big bug eyes and colorful body. But, I'm not sure if it's a grasshoper or a cricket.
Can you name this insect?

I get iguanas in my backyard and small lizards come through the cracks somewhere into my back room. But that's a monster!!!
I know. I freaked when I saw it on my back door. Ashton loved it. Back yard wildlife.
