Why are we so scared of change?

Change
A lot of change is happening at the newspaper. The entire industry has been changing now for years. First film to digital than the internet than video. As as staffs get smaller it's a challange to meet all the needs of the reader with so little people. Some of changes have been good and some changes not so good. But, I know that we can't live our lives scared of change. We can't live our lives looking at change in a negative light. If it doesn't work, so what. We change it up again.
